Our policy is simple. If you send us a picture of the broken/spilled bottle as soon as you receive it, send it to micheladaselguerog@gmail.com, and we can ship you out a replacement. 
However, we cannot exchange orders simply because you did not like our mix. Trying new foods is an adventure and an experience that is a reward onto itself. While we love our product, and thousands of people try it and love it on a weekly basis, we know that not EVERYONE will feel the same.  

Refunds (if applicable)
If there is a defect from our end on your product, we will gladly offer store credit. Please contact us so that we may begin the process. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, however, if we conclude the issue is not from our end. 
Once we ship the items they are no longer out responsible therefore if any package is lost we are not responsible you will have to contact the carrier in those cases.
